Terms & Conditions for participition in "Full-MP3 Downloads"


1. The participiant of the online service of the company PromoFabrik (herein
called User), is granted a limited license to use audio recordings and
agrees to use these recordings only for the purpose of product advertisment.
This includes the right of public broadcast only for those who are offering
an interet radio service.

2. The user assures to best knowledge not to forward audio recordings to
third parties for the use of public broadcast or distribution. This
especially includes the offer of audio recordings in download-areas of the
own internet service or so-called P2P or filesharing-networks.

3.The user assures to have provided correct user data, to use the access
data (LogIn) solely for his personal usage and to prevent its abuse by third
parties.

4. The user acknoledges that accepting of our Terms & Conditions includes
the answering of the PromoFabrik feedback forms on a regular basis.
Furthermore the user will forward links of interviews, reviews and other
features as well as - if applying ­ playlists of the MP3 in webradio shows
to PromoFabrik.

5. This license of usage of audio recordings can be terminated in cases of
violation to the above Terms & Conditions or Public Law (especially
copyrights). Legal acts by the owner of rights of the audio recordings are
reserved.

6.The user acknoledges and accepts the digital storage of necessary user
data according to the German Data Security Act on digital storage media. All
personal data will handled anonymous and not made accessible to third
parties.
